Wow... that was a step backwards!!! I'm trying to work on "pawn positioning" right now... needless to say, it didn't work.
Soccer Juggling
Well I spent sometime yesterday working on this while trying to following the various guides on youtube. What I've discovered is that this trick requires a whole different muscle group.
Normally when I'm juggling soccer balls, it involves a "flick" of sorts with my foot. However, to get my foot moving the moment I kick the ball, it requires control with the hip flexors. So I've been practicing jugging with my knee bent at a 90 degree angle... should allow me to train my hip flexor in this regard.
